Third-Party Services and SDKs We Use
Our applications integrate the following third-party services, each of which may collect and process data under its own privacy policy:
- Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK): serves in-app advertisements and may collect and share device and advertising identifiers, app activity, diagnostics, and approximate location (derived from your IP address) to deliver and measure ads, perform analytics, and prevent fraud and abuse
- Google Analytics for Firebase: measures app usage and engagement to help us improve our services
- Firebase Crashlytics: collects crash logs and diagnostic data to identify and fix stability issues
- Google Play Services and Google Play Billing: provides core platform functionality, sign-in (where applicable), and processes in-app purchases and subscriptions
These services are provided by Google LLC and are governed by the Google Privacy Policy. For information on how Google uses data from apps that use its services, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
Advertising and Your Consent
Our applications display advertising provided through Google AdMob, which may include personalized (interest-based) advertising. To support this, we and our advertising partners may access your device's advertising identifier.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we use a Google-certified Consent Management Platform (the Google User Messaging Platform) to request your consent before serving personalized ads or accessing your advertising identifier. You may change or withdraw your consent at any time through the privacy settings within the app. Where you decline consent, you will continue to receive only non-personalized advertising.
You can also reset or limit ad personalization at the device level via your Android Ads settings (Settings → Google → Ads).
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption of data in transit using industry-standard protocols (such as HTTPS/TLS), secure servers, access controls, and regular security assessments. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours where required by law, and will inform affected users without undue delay when the breach is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When we no longer need your information, we will securely delete or anonymize it.
Indicative retention periods are:
- Account information (where an account is created): for the life of the account plus up to 90 days after deletion
- Crash and diagnostic logs: up to 90 days
- Analytics data: up to 14 months
- Advertising identifiers: in accordance with our advertising partners' retention schedules
- Records required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes: as required by applicable law
Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information
- Portability: Request transfer of your data to another service

After we verify your request, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Where an app provides an in-app delete option, you may also use that.
If you are in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

If you are located in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, we process your personal data on the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract: to provide the applications and features you request

- Legal obligation: to comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests
California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request access to and deletion of that information, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.
We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. However, our use of advertising partners to deliver personalized ads may constitute "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CPRA.
To opt out, adjust the consent and ad-personalization controls in the app's privacy settings, limit ad tracking in your device settings, or email us at support@nex-sphere.dev with the request "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information." We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 in some jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately. If we discover that we have collected personal information from a child without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information.
Where any application is directed to a mixed audience that may include children, we configure advertising to serve only non-personalized ads to those users and limit data collection in accordance with the Google Play Families Policy and applicable children's privacy laws (such as COPPA).
International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including countries that may have different data protection laws. Where we transfer personal data out of the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum) or an applicable adequacy decision, to ensure your information remains protected.
Third-Party Links and Services
Our applications may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated by us. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we may also notify you through the app or via email. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
